Scalp Massage
Steps:
- Spread your fingers and place them on your head, starting either on the top or sides. Do
not use your thumb.
- Apply pressure with your fingertips and massage your scalp using small circular
movements.
- Continue the movements for a few seconds before moving to another section, until you
have massaged your whole scalp.
The motion is actually like shampooing your hair except that you
concentrate the pressure on your scalp. This exercise revitalizes the whole body
especially the tired eyes. Try it during your morning shower and you will feel fresher
than before.
