Sitting Side Floor Touch
Steps:
- Sit upright on a chair preferably one with no arm
- Hang your arms loosely at your side
- Touch the floor with the tip of your fingers by bending to your side with one arm
- Return to upright position
- Touch the floor again with the tip of your fingers by bending to the other side with the
other arm
- Return to upright position
This exercise stretched your sides as well as affecting bloodflow to
your head and hands. Doing too much though should make you dizzy. It is best when you have
been sitting too long and need some stretching.
